Basic free shipping

Boulies provides basic free shipping on all orders from England and Wales, and no minimum purchase is necessary. We have partnered with DPD or FedEx for our standard shipping delivery option. It typically takes 3-4 business days for your order to be delivered to your desired location.
Please note that the processing time for your order is within 1-2 business days.

Expedited shipping

We also provide Shipping option for Scotland and Northern Ireland,

Our delivery option is fulfilled by DPD and FedEx. This shipping method takes 2-4 business days for your order to be delivered. As with our standard shipping option, the processing time for your order is within 1-2 business day.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to events such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping region

Boulies's warehouse is located in the UK, has the capacity to ship orders to most areas of UK. We are not able to offer shipping to any PO Boxes or APO addresses unless it is linked to a street address, because the Ground service we offer does require a street address to be provided.

Tracking

Once your tracking number has been generated, we will send a email to you, it also will be posted under the order information when you log into your account on our website. Please check the Your Order >View Detail tab to obtain all of your order and tracking information so you can be aware of when to anticipate delivery.

Shipping damage

Boulies ships all chairs in unopened boxes that come direct from our manufacturer so customers will receive their chairs in pristine condition. If you should receive a product that has been damaged while in transit please reach out to us at Contact Us page or drop us an email at support@boulies.com and we will certainly be able to address your concerns.

  • Please make sure you have entered all your delivery details correctly and selected your preferred delivery method. Klarna will appear at the payment step if available for your order.
  • Free standard delivery is available to most mainland UK addresses. Delivery to Northern Ireland is subject to an additional charge. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
  • In-stock orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days, depending on your location and the courier.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can also find this information in your account under Order Details.
  • Yes, our standing desks require self-assembly, but the process is straightforward. Clear assembly instructions are included in the box, and you can also watch step-by-step assembly videos on our YouTube channel.
